Welcome to TODO Planner & Task Management. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TODO Planner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

TODO Planner provides:

• Task creation and management tools
• Team collaboration features
• Google Calendar integration for task scheduling
• Push notifications for task updates
• Cloud-based data storage and synchronization

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages through the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Data and Content

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all tasks, descriptions, and data you create
• You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service
• You are responsible for backing up important data

Our Rights:

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may access your data to provide support or comply with legal obligations

6. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to create, update, and delete calendar events for your tasks
• You can revoke this permission at any time through app settings
• We will only manage events explicitly created through our app

7. Subscription and Payments

TODO Planner is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future:

• We will provide clear pricing information
• Payments will be processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions may be subject to auto-renewal
• Existing users will be notified before any charges apply

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination:

• Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Calendar events created by the app will be removed
• Team members will no longer have access to tasks you created

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TODO Planner is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of notifications or sync operations
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or missed deadlines
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses or lost profits

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to your registered Google account
• Updated "Last updated" date on this page

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
